REVIEW - NYC 'Best of Broadway' Eyeshadow Quad

Another product from NYC for your reading pleasure this fine Saturday - the 'Best of Broadway' Quatro Eyeshadow Palette. Available in four colour ranges, NYC eyeshadow quads contain four complimentary easy to work with colours which take all the faff out of picking shades for a chic eye make-up look.

The packaging looks fairly cheap, but what do you expect for under £3!? Aesthetics aside, the clear lid makes telling quads apart quickly a doddle, the pans are firmly glued in place, the plastic is rather sturdy and the lid doesn't feel like it will come off every time you open the case. These aint pretty dressing table pieces, but they are functional and make-up bag proof.

Highlighter (I use this on my cheekbones, too), lid shade, socket shade and eyeliner all in one place - handy, huh? Colour pay off is good for such soft eyeshadows, and easily buildable for a more intense shade. I would definitely recommend using these over a primer as I feel they would wear off within a few hours without.

These eyeshadow are a touch on the frosty side, but not so much that you need to fear them! I would not usually create an all frost/ satin eyeshadow look, but because these buff down well the effect is not at all over powering.

If you're looking for an affordable, every day, fuss free eyeshadow palette - you couldn't go far wrong with the 'Best of Broadway' palette from NYC.

Priced at £2.99 per palette, available in four shade ranges.
Available from Superdrug.

Item received for review consideration. All opinions 100% mine and 100% honest - as always!
